Eltistiman Verdue is a [Magician] that travelled to Erin's inn shortly before the Siege of Liscor.
Eltistiman looks to be in his 30s and has bright green hair, which is likely an illusion as it is the case with Genviere's hair. He is dressed in colorful blue robes decorated with magical symbols and mystical monsters like a golden dragon.
Eltistiman appeared shortly before the Siege of Liscor, as he travelled to the Wandering Inn via Celum. He tried to make a grand entrance as a dragon with yellow eyes, which led to him being punched by Erin who was not easily impressionable. He then proceeded to claim that he hoped to join the Players of Celum, and/or travel to Pallass. While staying at the inn, he entertained the audience with displays of fiery phoenixes, beer mug tricks.
He remained there for some time and managed a publicity stunt as he was briefly interviewed by Noass and Sir Relz. When Typhenous put the Inn to sleep and they exchanged words about their employers, Eltistiman revealed that he was hired by a "[Lady] with a fine taste in horticulture" to protect the Magical Door, ensure its stay in Erin's Inn, inquire about the Players of Celum and help Liscor in any way possible. Typhenous distracted him long enough to allow the Brothers of Serendipitous Meetings to knock Eiltistiman out. Then, he broke several of Eltistiman's bones and dumped him in Erin's basement, but still alive.
He would then leave but due to him vanishing in the night the Magical Door was stolen, he ended up being suspected by Olesm, and even by Lyonette, to be the one who assisted the thieves that night. Because of this a bounty was put on his head, and Erin would be on the lookout for him.
Eltistiman reappeared later the same year when he applied for a position with the Players of Celum the day after they arrived in Invrisil, by vanquishing a [Thug Boss] trying to rob the Players. In the city, he was first seen in the company of Reynold, which confirms his ties to Lady Magnolia.
Powers and Abilities Edit
Eltistiman knows a lot of illusions, some even impressive ones according to Ceria.

- (To Erin) “Human girl, do not be afraid. I am—”
- (To Olesm) “She got mine too. Same trick, even. Fearsome things, those giant bees.”
- (To Greenblades) “Gentlemen, these are the Players of Celum! And you’d be doing a crime against art if you were to rob or kill them! I object! Back away, please, and you’ll have space to run.”
