Imor Seagrass is a self-styled [Stormlord Captain]. He rules over much of the sea with his vast armies that ensure trade. He is also the 4th[1] of the top five most powerful [Lords] in Innworld.[2]

Imor grew up as a poor [Deckhand], before rising to prominance as admiral of a fleet. However, he found that he could not keep rising in status due to his lack of noble background.[3]
Magnolia Reinhart made a contract with him, magically binding, to secure shipments.
