Currently, after the Liscor's Goblin Lord Saga, 2 more would die, 1 would remain with Erin, and the remaining 2 would be forced to go with Rags. Later on, 1 of the remaining 2 would go on a dangerous journey north, with his identity concealed, and accompanied by a small band of Knights.
The Task
They were given a task by their former Chieftain Garen, to kill a human [[Erin Solstice|[Innkeeper] girl]] and to not tell their current Chieftain, Rags. After being dropped off by Carn Wolves close to where the Human had last been spotted, and told that the girl went north, they followed the tracks of her sledge, until they lost the tracks and got lost.

Since none of them have any tracking class, they walked in aimless circle, day after day, looking for their target, with sore feet and the nagging feeling that you were in the wrong place when they should be doing something else.

Soon pesky questions had begun circulating throughout the group. Doubts that plagued even the most stalwart members. Questions like, which Human? Where was she going? Why an [Innkeeper]? Was there danger? Would she be protected? Was she going to go into a city and if so, were they expected to fight their way in? And most importantly, why not tell their current Chieftain, Rags? All of these questions were pressing and important, but perhaps none more so than the last one, as they weren’t comfortable with disobeying their current leader.

  +
After six days searching for the [Innkeeper] girl, had a debate and decided that following Garen's orders without Rags knowledge or permission was wrong and concluded to go back to their new tribe and tell Rags what Garen had told them to do.
By this point, not saying they were lost was a point of pride among the warriors. As if by not saying it, it would somehow make things better than if they were admitting they were lost.

  +
Not knowing where their tribe was they searched for them only to encounter one of the Goblin Lord's War Band. They turned and fled to a partially destroyed Human City to lose them among the rubble and fight in tight alleyways. However, they then were caught out on the open snowy landscape where there was nowhere to hide.
The Debate
At day six while they sat around the fire eating a pasted roots with a tiny bit of meat and bones, Badarrow irritably made a comment, that started a metaphysical extremely primitive discussion. His comment was indeed aimed at their poor food, but it was also a remark on the person who’d put them in a situation where all they could eat was this and reminding that the Goblins had a better leader whom they were not obeying by being here without her knowledge or permission.

  +
After losing the War Band they searched for a place to hide. There they saw how the remaining Human citizens had fallen apart leaving them deeply disturbed as it was like the Humans had formed Goblin tribes, fought and warred over resources like Goblins, and viciously fighting over petty scraps that even the Goblin tribes wouldn’t have contested. When the Redfang Warriors saw the other Humans killing each other in the streets, chasing after women, hurting—they saw a bit of what they did, and felt uneasy, as it was too much like what Goblins were supposed to do, not Humans.
The Hobgoblin Grunter, interjection hat he at least was ready to keep following orders and that they were still largely indebted to Garen Redfang, despite their current predicament.

  +
After they were able to tear their eyes away from the Humans, they took in the rest of the city and continued searching for shelter, and then dead bodies for food. On their passage through the streets, the Redfang Warriors saw a child searching for his family and a man approaching with murderous intent.
The next to comment was Headscratcher, who pointed out that yes, they were being sent to kill a Human. Nothing was wrong about that, but it was another reminder of Rag’s relationship to Humans. Even though they hadn’t mingled long with the Flooded Waters Tribe, they knew Rags was friendly with at least one Human and that she stayed often at an inn. If this was the very same [Innkeeper] they’d been sent to kill, they would most certainly be in deep trouble for doing anything to her. His Commentary on their food also pertained to their likely fate if Rags used her power as Chieftain to expel them from the tribe. Garen Redfang couldn’t prevent that, and Headscratcher made it clear that this living rough was not for him.

  +
When the man grabbed the child, Badarrow shot and killed him, thus saving the child. The Redfang Warriors moved on past the child. As they found likely spots to settle, and scouted around for any fresh bodies and wood to use for dinner, they still felt disturbed by the Humans as the Humans didn’t stick together after things fell apart and were killing each other when they all had been part of the same tribe here in the city.
The next to make a move were two Goblins, Bugear and Rocksoup. Bugear commented that their duty was to obey. While Rocksoup commented that what harmed one Goblin harmed them all. If Rags was their Chieftain, than disobeying her by following Garen hurt the entire tribe.

  +
There leader Grunter told them that he had an idea on how to deal with the Goblin Lord's War Band. He told them that when the other Goblins come to kill the Humans they would slip away in the initial confusion from the looting and killing. He also wanted to ambush some of the War Band so they could get their hands on some armor. The Redfang Warriors felt it was a good plan and all they had to do was search for dead bodies to eat, enough wood, and a place to hide.
Grunter commented back, that Garen had lead them. He’d helped them become the warriors they were, and even if he wasn’t Chieftain, he was still stronger than Rags? Did they not owe him their loyalty, even though they obeyed Rags too?

  +
After a fortuitous find of food and spices they were going back to the small base they’d set up and saw a strange girl that was clearly different from the other Humans. Seeing her monstrous body and the way she moved around they initially saw her as a potential threat, but as they watched her eating a rotted Human body, they stopped in their tracks.
Badarrow quieted the other Goblins by snapping an imperfect arrow that represented Garen, as a dramatic statement against their former boss. Garen often made mistakes when it came to choosing campsites or places to hunt, but Rags was clearly the better Chieftain.

  +
They couldn't believe that they were seeing a Human eating another Human. As that made her stand out, and because they were curious, the Redfang Warriors followed her to watch her a bit longer. They’d watched her stalk a zombie, rescued a young Human man from the zombie, and then ran away from him.
The Goblins spent around forty minutes eating lunch, upon which they packed up and kept walking in a random direction Grunter pointed. All the while they argued, until all of the Goblins present came to a conclusion as one. Rags was the Chieftain, and Garen had forgotten that.

  +
After seeing the zombie the Redfang Warriors were in alarm, as they had forgotten that with so many bodies around the undead would rise. As they were about to retreat and reconsider their hiding spot, they heard the strange girl scream. That was when they saw a skeleton with a sword, attacking her.
So the conclusion all the Goblins came to was simple: they had to go back. They would go back and throw their support behind Rags and tell her what Garen had told them to do. And then, depending on what she said they’d complete their mission or not.

Later they all agreed that they did not know where Rags and the other Goblins were right now and that they were lost. Grunter pointed to go to Liscor, as that was where Rags and the others had last been, and they were sure to pick up signs of so many Goblins moving, even with their pathetic tracking abilities.

Chronology

Garen believing that Erin's presence would impede Rags progress to become a Goblin Lord,[1] had secretly send a band of his elite warriors to kill her.

The band, that consisted of 12 Goblins and 1 Hobgoblin each of them above level 10 in a combat class, got lost since none of them were particularly bright and none of them had a tracking class.[2]

After six days searching for the [Innkeeper] girl, had a debate and decided that following Garen's orders without Rags knowledge or permission was wrong and concluded to go back to their new tribe and tell Rags what Garen had told them to do.

Not knowing where their tribe was they searched for them only to encounter one of the Goblin Lord's War Band. They turned and fled to a partially destroyed Human City to lose them among the rubble and fight in tight alleyways. However, they then were caught out on the open snowy landscape where there was nowhere to hide.[3]

Each member of the group had over ten levels in a combat-oriented class. All of them wore armor and carried swords that were neither rusty nor broken.[5]

They were veteran warriors. From their levels alone, they were each a match for any Bronze-rank adventurer. Weaknesses

Since none of them have any tracking classes, once they lose the tracks of their target, they get lost without any way to track it back.
