Salii appeared in Pomle at least 5 years in the past, to challenge herself in her class as a [Secretary]. She started to organize things and help Orjin, the Strongest of Pomle.
Chronology
Under her auspices, the Conference of Pomle took place in Book 6.
During and in the aftermath of the Tiqr war, she organized 60'000 refugees in Pomle so that they would be able to fend for themselves.
