The Ullsinoi is a small, but powerful faction of Wistram Academy.
Background and Policies[]
The group is made up of a small number of illusionist specialists and other members who generally stray into morally gray activities. The members of Ullsinoi often partake in trickery and pranks, but still act in ways that they see as beneficial for Wistram.[1] They also have an extensive network of operatives and contacts around the world.
When voting upon issues, members are allowed to vote multiple times based on their passion for the issue. This is due to the secretive nature of their members and not being able to see how many members are actually present at any one point.[1]
The leaders of Ullsinoi are known as the Elusive Lot and are even more secretive than the rest of the faction. The members of this sub-group are mostly unknown. Their symbol is like a ‘U’, which might stand for ‘Ullsinoi’, but with a distinctive twist to the ends that makes it looked like a horseshoe.[2]

- Ullsinoi is an anagram of the word "illusion." Prospective members are not allowed to join if they can't figure that out within the first ten minutes.[5]
- It is implied that they are an ancient faction of Wistram, given that Teriarch and Belavierr, both of whom are ancient beings who are out of touch of the modern age, had knowledge of them.[6][7]
